What is it?
JavaScript is a way of bringing websites to life. It's a useful way for a webpage to communicate to your computer exactly how it should behave. The webpage editing features Gavamedia is known for were partly developed using JavaScript.


Your Security
JavaScript is quite limited in what it can do. Your personal information entered on one website cannot be accessed by another website. Your documents stored on your computer cannot be accessed either. Nevertheless, some websites take advantage of JavaScript and its capabilities, and create nuisances, such as unexpected advertisement popups, and distracting animations.

Gavamedia uses JavaScript only to provide you with greater functionality. We will never display unsolicited popups, and always aim to provide a straightforward and intuitive interface.


How to Enable (for Internet Explorer users):

1. Click the Tools menu, and then Internet Options.
2. Click the Security tab.
3. Click the Trusted Sites icon, and then the Sites button.
4. Un-check Require server verification.
5. Type only ".gavamedia.com" (don't forget the leading dot), click the Add button, and then Close.
6. Click OK, and refresh the webpage.

How to Enable (for Firefox users):

1. Click the Tools menu, and then Options.
2. Click the Content icon.
3. Check Enable JavaScript.
4. Click OK, and reload the webpage.
